In terms of supporting Lao’s medicine, we challenge our projects. Like a trunk of a tree, our goal never change. Like a brunches, our tree is growing day by day. Like that big tree, we hope that support Lao’s people’s hearts.

Who’s HeartsTree?

HeartsTree is a supporting for Laos group, which is the International cooperation of Mie university students. We work for not a one-sided medical assistance, based on both side’s good cooperation with us and Lao’s medical workers, we act as an international cooperation group. In Japan, with the hope of gaining publicity about Lao’s state of medical level, we hold some events which is attractive to university students.

Also we open the street stalls with local folks at the each festivals and in terms of becoming active Tsu-city, we participate in the regional vitalization event.

In 2012 we built an addition healthcare center in the district of Naphai. After that project, we’re moving forward with gathering the medical instruments in needed in Laos and supplying them.In the each-summer, in purpose of studying about Laos, we go and have an on-the-spot investigation in Laos. Through that opportunity, we make an inspection of the local hospitals , there living arrangements and working condition of our extensional hospital, NaphaiⅡ Healthcare center. At the end of the year, we hold the briefing session for everyone who support our activity.

Roots of Name

HeartsTree=hearts+tree

 

 

Hearts Tree is named form spreading hearts on the brunches. We think a great deal of bond between local community and us. Also we hope to support one tree and a lot of leaves “hearts”. More we experience, the more our tree grow.
